MindrianOS
Evolution

A stream of releases.
From v1.0 to now.

Every MindrianOS release in the order it shipped. Each one advanced a different axis of the system: memory, context, the graph, the Brain, the commands. The stream is the moat.

What is coming

Ahead.

Not the phase numbers. Not the architecture. Just what gets better for you and when. The Brain has its own roadmap. Larry gets sharper at every step.

Next release (v1.13.1)Phase 127

Two-step setup. That's it.

Install the plugin, drop your API key in one file. Brain works automatically. No manual MCP wiring, no copy-paste config blocks. Migrating existing setups happens silently the first time you launch.

Next release (v1.13.1)Phase 121.5

A statusline that tells you what matters now.

The bottom of your terminal stops being a string of accumulated noise. Co-designed around what your current job actually needs to see: room health, JTBD, context budget. Quieter when you are reading, louder when something needs you.

Next release (v1.13.1)Phase 115

Larry greets you for who you are.

Are you a researcher? A founder? An operator? Larry's first turn already knows. The opening line adapts to your role, not a generic 'hi'. Drop a CV or a one-pager and Larry parses it and grounds the next conversation in your context.

v1.13.xPhase 118

Drop a doc, get a brief in 30 seconds.

Paste a memo, a CV, a pitch deck. Larry returns a Feynman-cleaned brief that names the decision that is stuck, the assumption that is load-bearing, and the next move. Built on a 6-agent dispatch behind the scenes.

v1.13.xPhase 116

Larry notices tension before you do.

When today's filing contradicts last week's assumption, Larry surfaces it the moment you write it. The graph remembers what you decided and why. New information that disagrees with old gets flagged at the gate, not three meetings later.

v1.13.xPhase 117

Auto-explore files Larry has not seen.

When you save a new artifact to your room, Larry reads it on his own time. No more 'here, look at this' pasting. Your room becomes the source of truth and Larry stays current with it.

v1.14.0

Works offline.

Tier 0.5 ships a local snapshot of the Brain's most-used edges. Larry keeps picking the right framework even on a flight, a coffee shop with bad wifi, or behind a strict firewall. Hits the live Brain when it is reachable.

v1.14.0

Brain access collapses to one tool.

Instead of remembering ten different Brain calls, you ask Larry one question and the Brain figures out which capability you need. Cleaner mental model, same intelligence.

v1.14.0

Project-scope Brain bindings.

One Brain key per project, not per machine. Easier to share a venture with a teammate without sharing your personal subscription. Set the binding in the room and Larry uses the right key automatically.
